In 1993, Kiwi Supertots foresaw the need for children to be exposed to computers from a young age and they pioneered to introduce computers to the children of their Papakura centre.
This initiative turned out to be a positive head turner for families and the education industry in general.
Today, computers are used as a common learning tool across many childcare centres. Kiwi Supertots continues to apply efforts to lead by example in quality care.
In 2011, they introduced the iPad into their Botany centre. The result of this initiative proved yet again to be highly successful, with children learning at an early age how to apply and learn from today’s technology. The iPad has now been extended as a part of the Kiwi Supertots curriculum to be used by all centres.
